The YHHA Live-In Care Service

At YHHA, we never take a one-size-fits-all approach to our live-in care service; we ensure our customers’ unique needs are catered for, allowing them to stay in control but have the support they need at all times. We will get to know each individual before administering our service; we will learn what is important about their life and routine.

Daily Routine – Daily routines or responsibilities will vary, but the support will include, toileting, issuing medication, domestics, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and shopping. Our carers will spend quality time with the client providing each individual to help them feel less isolated.

Relationship – Our team comprises highly qualified staff, all of whom have the relevant qualifications to deal with complex health conditions. We aim to provide a dedicated service that will maximise the chances of fostering a harmonious relationship between our clients and us.

Local Care – Our Live-in care service can be provided around Leeds and Yorkshire as most of our team live locally. We aim to meet each client’s specific needs within each service we offer, whether they are needed for a short term or long term solution.

Health and Medication Assistance – Within our live-in care service, we can offer medication assistance and application where required; our team is highly qualified to administer medication, all medications are administered according to Control and Administration of Medicines guidelines.
